Will you use Backerkit?

Yes, we will add Backerkit when the campaign is successful and comes to a close. You will be able to upgrade your tiers and purchase additional Add-ons.

How will VAT/Customs work?

We will use the shipped order total as the customs declaration amount on the form. If your country charges VAT/import duties you may have to pay those prior to delivery.

Which version will the game be?

The version on Steam and on the physical disc will be the all-ages version but we will provide you with a free 18+ patch from our website! If you choose the JAST Key option that will also be 18+ by default.

The game will be released later in Summer. We aim for an August release. We will inform you about the exact release date later!

From which country will the physical goodies be shipped from?

They will be shipped from China with help from our partner Hikari Field.

Do I get a digital key if I buy the physical disc?

Yes, you will also get a game key for Steam when the game digitally releases. We will send those out via Email or Backerkit on the day of the release.

Which countries are you able to ship the rewards to?

We are able to ship the rewards to: Austria, Australia, Bangladesh, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Belgium, Canada, Cambodia, Croatia, Chile, Czech, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, India, Indonesia, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Mexico, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Portugal, Poland, Russia, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Sri Lanka, Slovakia, Spain, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam. We also ship to Costa Rica, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, and South Africa now!

What shipping method will be used?

All rewards will be shipped initially via China’s “SF” Shipping company. Tracking will be included, and expected delivery times are 5-10 days depending on the country.

Shipping Updates

Current Estimated Shipping Date: October 2020

As mentioned in our Kickstarter updates, rewards are currently being shipped, around 350 have been shipped so far as of Tuesday this week. If you have received a tracking number through backerkit PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK ON IT. If you live in a country where you can expect to pay VAT and Customs Duties prior to delivery, please pay attention as you may need to contact your customs agency to make payment. We have gotten multiple tracking numbers from the carrier that have not paid the tax due, and will be reaching out individually. In the meantime, if you get a tracking number please follow the progress so if you need to pay tax, you can do so promptly. Thank you!

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
