Important!!!! Customs Duties

Hi everyone, hope you're having a good weekend.
We've been alerted by Hikari Field that the Shipping Courier (SF Express) has several packages that are in customs and customs haven't been paid yet. Please make sure you take care of this ASAP as if the deadline expires the packages will be returned to sender and they won't attempt delivery again.
Please watch your tracking information and if it is stuck in customs please pay attention to communications from your local customs agency for how to pay the duties. You may want to check on their websites as well. The best thing to do will be to give your customs agency a phone call and ask how you can take care of it. Note you will not be paying SF Express for the customs, you will be paying your customs agency.

Shipping has begun, and Extra1 Update!

Happy hump day everyone! We bring some exciting news today! We are ecstatic to let you know that the replacement discs arrived safely at the warehouse, and Hikari Field has begun shipping orders! The first 10 tracking numbers have been uploaded and sent to backers, and we expect more to come in the next couple days to weeks as they work through the orders. We hope everything arrives safely, if you have any issues/questions/concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Thank you so much for your patience! We're in the home stretch now!
In other Aokana news, we are also happy to announce that Extra1, the Mashiro Fandisc, is now 100% Translated and 100% Edited, and all that remains is script integration into the Engine, Image editing, and QA. We don't expect that to take TOO long, so keep your eyes and ears out for that as well.

Happy Monday everyone!
We can't believe it's been a year since the campaign already- how time flies. We promised you an update as soon as we had news on estimated shipping dates. As such, hot off the press, our shipping partner has informed us they intend to begin shipping backer rewards as soon as next week! They will be beginning with US backers due to the unstable situation in the US/China trade relationship, so they want to get those out of the way first. We don't yet have an estimate on how long shipping will run, but it will be starting soon!
In other news, while we're here, we're pleased to announce that the Extra1 translation is nearly finished. Editing, engine work, image work, and QA all still remain so it's still down the road a bit, but the big first step is nearly done.
Once we have more details we'll let you know.

Hey everyone, just a quick post today. Everything is still coming along, merch is in production and we should hopefully have more news about that soon. As soon as we have a new estimated shipping date we'll let you know. For the DramaCDs, we are still waiting on the Chinese TL for the Steam DLC. Thanks for your patience, it's somehow been almost a year since the Aokana release. Crazy.
