Hey everyone!
Happy Monday! We wish you a great start to the new week!
Yesterday we reached stretch goal #6! When we first launched this Kickstarter we never expected we’d hit 80,000€! And now here we are with a Nintendo Switch version of Aokana in the works.
We are really happy to see people so excited for this release, and blown away by the level of support we’ve received.
As for our next stretch goal we have some more physical merchandise prepared!
First is a 14-piece Aokana Badge-Set with all the female characters! This set will be automatically added to Tier 4 and higher. The whole set will also be available as an Add-on through Backerkit for 20€.
Second is another tapestry featuring the Switch cover! It will be automatically added to Tier 6 and higher. It will also be available as an Add-on through Backerkit for 45€.
We also updated the list for available Add-ons on Backerkit!
We’ve added the items from the reached stretch goals as well as the bed sheets, acrylic figures and the Physical OST Collection, which will include a digital copy as well. In addition, thanks to the feedback we’ve received from you, we made the decision to lower the cost of the Flight Suit 4 heroine tapestry to 45€, and made the new Extra1 tapestry available at only 35€. We’re also hard at work getting the Backerkit surveys set up, and will let you know when we anticipate those being sent out.

Good evening everyone! Just another quick update from us today, with the 2nd of the 3 OPs from the main game! Thanks to the talents of a new member of our team, it also has English subtitles. We will be re-releasing the first OP with subs, as well as the Grand OP around the end of the campaign. Please enjoy, and once again thanks for all your support so far!

Yesterday we reached stretch goal #5! It looks like a lot of you guys were really excited about the announcement of the Switch version. If you haven't read our last update about it yet you should definitely do that as well!

NINTENDO SWITCH VERSION STRETCH GOAL

Yes you read that right. We are only a little less than 3,000€ away from hitting our Stretch Goal #5 so we are happy to announce that our second mystery stretch goal at 80,000€ will be the development of a Nintendo Switch port of Aokana!
It will be identical to the Japanese Switch version of the game with both English, and Chinese language options. If we reach this stretch goal our plan will be to release the digital Switch version in Q1 2020.
Additionally, if we reach this goal we will add some more features to the game itself.
We feel like there are some popular features, as well as various quality of life features that the original version of the game didn’t have, that we believe would be great additions.
Planned features are:
A Music Gallery mode where you will be able to replay all the BGM tracks, songs and opening movies.
A Sprite Viewer which will allow you to watch all your favorite girls in all their glory and create your own scenes
A Voice Line Bookmarks feature for storing your favorite voice lines
Quality of life options such as a chapter skip function
We know a lot of you guys were excited to see new physical merch as stretch goals here and we still have some ideas that we will add as another mystery stretch goal at a later date, as well as the other add-ons we alluded to in an earlier update.

What these two milestones mean:
Stretch Goal #4 - The shikishi storage case will be automatically added to Tier 6 and higher. It will also be available as an Add-on for 25€ on Backerkit.
With our stretch goal reached you are all excited for the Mystery stretch goal #2 - We understand. Sadly, you just have to wait a little bit longer but don't worry we will reveal it soon!
